Blue Grouse Wine Cellars
This wine cellar was racked with our Blue Grouse modular racking, made from all heartwood California Redwood. The client chose a combination of individual and bulk racking to accommodate his varied wine collection.
We also installed cooperage flooring, hand made from the tops of wine barrels, displaying an eclectic mix of cooperage stamps.

This elegant, mechanically cooled wine cellar was strategically located behind the home office. The glass door allows the homeowner to enjoy the wine cellar from afar. Custom wine racks were built out of Sapele wood to store 944 bottles of special wines. Several different racking elements were incorporated into the cellar to house various sized bottles and wood cases such as: solid diamond bins, high reveal display angles, rollout case shelves, drawer, and solid picture boxes. The Solid open display proudly sits on top of a countertop made of vintage barrel tops (Cooperage) and the base and crown molding complete the room.

This was a complete redesign of the entire house. The client loved traditional but also wanted it to be light and airy bringing the outdoors in. The client's desires were fulfilled using the soaring windows and golf course views as the backdrop.

All modular wine racking was used in this cellar with modifications to the height so that it went floor-to-ceiling.

A large custom wine cellar designed and built for a large basement space surrounded by foundation walls for natural cooling. Various wine cellar elements were used to add dimension to the room. Lit arch as the focal point with a slightly curved cooperage counter top. Two open cabinets with drawers for storage. Floor to ceiling individual bottle storage separated by a row of lit angle bottle display around the entire room. Three wine storage diamond bins to accommodate for various bottle sizes. The large wood beams used at the door entrance to the room enhances the strong significance of the room.
