Wineteer ConstructionTimes have changed and so has the kitchen. Some houses just demand a style and a presence, and this home is certainly one of those houses. It had an old out of date kitchen from the 1970’s misplaced in a grand stone house from the 1920s. There was a traditional servant’s kitchen with back entrance that did not look grand, as was the case in those days. We recreated the front entry’s cased opening with leaded stained glass, matched ribbon Mahogany on the cabinets and trim just like the original dining room, and tied in leaded stained glass at the cabinets. The backsplash was designed to keep that servant’s kitchen feel, but with grandeur, reclaiming marble pavers from the property.
Coupling a tedious unrelenting effort and a painstaking design with the convenience of modern appliances and functionality of new cabinets give us a timeless kitchen. It is hard to discern what is old and what is new. It is a seamless integration of style from another era into the practical functionality from today’s ever-changing environment.
The final result from this incredible kitchen renovation is a spacious and modern kitchen that looks like it could have been designed and built by the original team from 1920.
Chi Renovation & DesignA gorgeous loft with exquisite rustic elements. These clients were looking to update their kitchen to complement the home’s rustic design, so we emphasized the feel of the space by using distressed finish wide plank wood flooring, which runs at an angle to the cabinet walls, creating a wonderful contrast.
We added some contemporary elements including flat panel cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a white quartz countertop, which we feel gives this space a clean, refined look. And last but not least, the glass subway tile

Stalburg DesignIn this modern and sleek contemporary kitchen, everything has its place! The high functioning custom cabinetry has multiple pull out drawers for easy access and storage as well as the under counter microwave drawer. An oversized glass display hutch sits on the quartzite countertop to highlight some of our clients favorite pieces. The star of the show is a custom quartzite hood that is highlighted and framed by the inside of Drywall.
Kitchen MagicInheriting a white kitchen with glazed cabinets was not what this new homeowner expected. She is more of a shabby-chic farmhouse type. While they loved the hearth and tile work, it would be quite an expense to replace this many cabinets. The solution, reface them in a Driftwood and Portobella stain that both offer the rustic look the homeowner was going for. Maintain the new warm palette by replacing the countertops in Cambria Warm for a subtle, yet elegant kitchen design.

The chef's kitchen, made for an entertainer's dream, features a large quartz island, countertops with top-grade stainless-steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The open area's recessed spotlights feature LED ambient lighting.
