Bilotta Kitchen & HomeThis expansive traditional kitchen by senior designer, Randy O'Kane features Bilotta Collection cabinets in a mix of rift cut white ash with a stain for both the tall and the wall cabinets and Smoke Embers paint for the base cabinets. The perimeter wall cabinets are double-stacked for extra storage. Countertops, supplied by Amendola Marble, are Bianco Specchio, a white glass, and the backsplash is limestone. The custom table off the island is wide planked stained wood on a base of blackened stainless steel by Brooks Custom, perfect for eating casual meals. Off to the side is a larger dining area with a custom banquette. Brooks Custom also supplied the stainless steel farmhouse sink below the window. There is a secondary prep sink at the island. By Darash - Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities & ClosetsWe are so proud of our client Karen Burrise from Ice Interiors Design to be featured in Vanity Fair. We supplied Italian kitchen and bathrooms for her project.
User- Removal of the entire interior of the apartment including kitchen, bathroom fittings, existing flooring, radiators and pipes and existing bathroom tiles.
- The supply and fit of electric under floor heating for the entire apartment, glass sliding door from Eclisse (30min fire proof), bespoke mirrors 4x (screw less), washing machine, tumble dryer and 42inch LCD wall mounted.
- Installation of new glazing for sound proofing and cut to size to fit existing framework, real wood flooring through the entire property, partitioning, tiling in the bathrooms including mosaic tiling in the shower room niches including the shower and the recesses of the en suite.
- A large number of electrical works, some features include Cat 6 cabling in all rooms of the three bed, two bath apartment, speakers in ceilings of the main bedroom, en suite, dining room and living room (surround sound), an automatic sensor which was installed for night time entry to the en suite with a low level light automatically turning on upon entry and re wiring of the property to comply with current regulations (NICEIC qualified).

• By taking the cabinets up to the ceiling and adding the decorative moldings above, it makes the ceiling appear taller.
• How do we solve the problem of the painted crown molding of the integrated refrigerator? It needed to return onto a flat surface because it was meeting a different color wood. The leftover space was enough for a custom wine cubby.
• More custom crown molding, this time a basket weave was introduced to highlight the glazing.
• A combination of a darker cherry and some painted cabinets with a cherry glaze look nice with their Oak trim throughout the home.
• The kitchen was designed so everything has a home: spices, oils, knives, cookie sheets, awkward utensils, silverware, tupperware, trash receptacles, and a “stash spot” for when guests come over. Large pull-out drawers are great for pans and lids particularly on the back side (bottom of picture) of the island.
Packard Cabinetry of Sea Cliff This newly constructed home on the waterfront with extraordinary views needed a kitchen of classic proportions. Client wanted a huge island full width of back wall as well as a walnut butcher block top . Room had to have a sit down table as well as a sitting area and Tv, Windows were split on the back wall to accomadate a center range and hood.
