Direct Source MTA beautiful lake home with an out-dated kitchen gets a make over. Custom inset Shaker cabinetry keeps the classic feel of this home. The custom island features two spice pull outs, an induction cook top, a small prep sink, and plenty of seating. The white granite top plays off of the two-tone kitchen. The perimeter of the kitchen is painted white with an espresso glaze and the green granite top mimics the color of the lake seen out of the large windows. The refrigerator and dishwasher are built-in and concealed behind cabinet doors. The cabinetry is anchored by new saltillo tile.

This project features face frame cabinets from Amazonia Cabinetry, Kolbe windows, hardware selected by Push Pull Open Close, and honed Carrera marble countertops.
Tammara Stroud DesignThe original kitchen featured an island that divided the space and was out of scale for the space, the tile and countertops that were dated. Our goal was to create an inviting kitchen for gatherings, and integrate our clients color palette without doing a complete kitchen remodel. We designed a new island with high gloss paint finish in turquoise, added new quartz countertops, subway and sea glass tile, vent hood, light fixtures, farm style sink, faucet and cabinet hardware. The space is now open and offers plenty of space to cook and entertain.
Keeping our environment in mind and sustainable design approach, we recycled the original Island and countertops to 2nd Used Seattle.
John Webb Construction and DesignWe transformed this space with all new IKEA cabinets stainless steel appliances, Zuhne plumbing finishes, and IKEA door hardware. The backsplash tile is a hand crafted Richard & Sterling tile which complements the Pental Misterio quartz. Sometimes its not about the pizazz but rather the simplicity of only a few colors, letting the textures and details catch your eyes.
JWT AssociatesThe kitchen used to be two small rooms separated from the dining room. We opened up the entire space and added an arched opening between dining room and kitchen. The countertops are marble and the floor is terra cotta tile. Lighting and pulls are from Rejuvenation. The oak dining table was custom made.
Hall Design BuildRenovated kitchen. We kept the terra-cotta tiled floor and added all new cabinets to update the layout and function.

Sato Architects, Inc.Sato Architects was hired to update the kitchen, utility room, and existing bathrooms in this 1930s Spanish bungalow. The existing spaces were closed in, and the finishes felt dark and bulky. We reconfigured the spaces to maximize efficiency and feel bigger without actually adding any square footage. Aesthetically, we focused on clean lines and finishes, with just the right details to accent the charm of the existing 1930s style of the home. This project was a second phase to the Modern Charm Spanish Primary Suite Addition.
