Haus of SaboLocated in the heart of Downtown Dallas this once Interurban Transit station for the DFW area no serves as an urban dwelling. The historic building is filled with character and individuality which was a need for the interior design with decoration and furniture. Inspired by the 1930’s this loft is a center of social gatherings.

Emilie Fournet InteriorsThe Breakfast Room leading onto the kitchen through pockets doors using reclaimed Victorian pine doors. A dining area on one side and a seating area around the wood burner create a very cosy atmosphere.

Westend InteriorsThis dining room was transformed from drab chocolate brown walls to soft aqua and accented with crystal lamps and a stacked ball chandelier. The yellow and aqua medallion drapery fabric was the inspiration for the room's design.
Randy TrainorTexture is the winning design theme in this dining room. Floors of reclaimed French tile, a wrought iron lantern chandelier, heavily textured fabrics used for window treatments and chair upholstery, and a few antiques make this dining room fit for all types of entertaining.
Home designed by Franconia interior designer Randy Trainor. She also serves the New Hampshire Ski Country, Lake Regions and Coast, including Lincoln, North Conway, and Bartlett.

ZepbooThis project is a customer case located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The client's residence is a 100-square-meter house. The client and their family embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in Chiang Mai three years ago and settled down there. As wanderers far from their homeland, they hold a deep longing for their roots. This sentiment inspired the client's desire to infuse their home with a tropical vacation vibe.
The overall theme of the client's home is a blend of South Asian and retro styles with a touch of French influence. The extensive use of earthy tones coupled with vintage green hues creates a nostalgic atmosphere. Rich coffee-colored hardwood flooring complements the dark walnut and rattan furnishings, enveloping the entire space in a South Asian retro charm that exudes a strong Southeast Asian aesthetic.
The client particularly wanted to select a retro-style lighting fixture for the dining area. Based on the dining room's overall theme, we recommended this vintage green glass pendant lamp with lace detailing. When the client received the products, they expressed that the lighting fixtures perfectly matched their vision. The client was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Cozy elements were thoughtfully integrated, creating the perfect ambiance for family gatherings. The space exudes warmth, inviting loved ones to come together and share precious moments in comfort and style.
Lynda Bittner Home Interiors, LLCThis charming dining area was created with built-ins providing a storage bench for seating and cabinets flanking either side for display and storage purposes. The large plate rack brings a unique design to this charming area. The table can be turned and expanded for additional seating. Opposite the area shown is a coffee station, complete with wine storage, additional glass cabinets and storage below.
Studio Z ArchitectureTo maximize the first floor footprint, Studio Z gutted the space and removed the majority of the interior walls, constructing a new L-shaped, open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living spaces that flow from one to the next and views from end to end of the house, making the floor feel larger.
