Mon Concept HabitationAgrandir l’espace et préparer une future chambre d’enfant
Nous avons exécuté le projet Commandeur pour des clients trentenaires. Il s’agissait de leur premier achat immobilier, un joli appartement dans le Nord de Paris.
L’objet de cette rénovation partielle visait à réaménager la cuisine, repenser l’espace entre la salle de bain, la chambre et le salon. Nous avons ainsi pu, à travers l’implantation d’un mur entre la chambre et le salon, créer une future chambre d’enfant.
Coup de coeur spécial pour la cuisine Ikea. Elle a été customisée par nos architectes via Superfront. Superfront propose des matériaux chics et luxueux, made in Suède; de quoi passer sa cuisine Ikea au niveau supérieur !
Chris Donatelli BuildersA closer look at the range area shows the integrated hot plate feature. This item was built into the cement counter. Grooves were cast in, then stainless steel bars filled them.

StipfoldThe house is spacious and the interior was designed in a manner, which kept this aspect highlighted: the entrance corridor leads to the large open area, uniting the kitchen, the living room and the dining room; The guest room wall, concealing the wardrobe, has two large incisions, making the wardrobe still part of the bedroom. Compelling design choice was also made for the master bedroom, where two sinks are not shying away from eye, but are rather put on display, as integral element of the bedroom.

Mur bleu foncé mat et crédence carreaux de ciment rétro.

As you can see, the peninsula provides additional counter space and can sit two people, making the kitchen the perfect place to eat or entertain.
The hardware is by Bereson and is part of the Metro collection. The angular shape of the handles mimics the crisp lines of the Retro door, showing that every detail has been pondered in this kitchen.

The Kitchen PlacePeriod charm with modern design. Hidden cabinets either side of the free standing cooktop ensure maximum use of available space.
Chris Donatelli BuildersSince the walls of the kitchen were not changing, the focus was on the cabinets, counters and appliances. The counters are made of custom fabricated cement that was tinted.
