chas architectsThis kitchen brings to life a reclaimed log cabin. The distressed plank cabinet doors, stainless steel counters, and flagstone floors augment the authentic feel.

North and south exposures in this 3000 square foot loft in Tribeca allowed us to line the south facing wall with two guest bedrooms and a 900 sf master suite. The trapezoid shaped plan creates an exaggerated perspective as one looks through the main living space space to the kitchen. The ceilings and columns are stripped to bring the industrial space back to its most elemental state. The blackened steel canopy and blackened steel doors were designed to complement the raw wood and wrought iron columns of the stripped space. Salvaged materials such as reclaimed barn wood for the counters and reclaimed marble slabs in the master bathroom were used to enhance the industrial feel of the space.
Sustainable KitchensThis shaker style kitchen is painted in Farrow & Ball Down Pipe. This integrated double pull out bin is out of the way when not in use but convenient to pull out when needed. The Concreto Biscotte worktop add a nice contrast with the style and colour of the cabinetry.

nC2 architecture llcRenovation and reconfiguration of a 4500 sf loft in Tribeca. The main goal of the project was to better adapt the apartment to the needs of a growing family, including adding a bedroom to the children's wing and reconfiguring the kitchen to function as the center of family life. One of the main challenges was to keep the project on a very tight budget without compromising the high-end quality of the apartment.

Studio DAАпартаменты для временного проживания семьи из двух человек в ЖК TriBeCa. Интерьеры выполнены в современном стиле. Дизайн в проекте получился лаконичный, спокойный, но с интересными акцентами, изящно дополняющими общую картину. Зеркальные панели в прихожей увеличивают пространство, смотрятся стильно и оригинально. Современные картины в гостиной и спальне дополняют общую композицию и объединяют все цвета и полутона, которые мы использовали, создавая гармоничное пространство
