While the exterior blends in with the existing neighborhood, the interior is open, contemporary and well-finished. Wood and marble floors, a beautiful kitchen and large lanai create beautiful spaces for living. Four bedrooms and two and half baths fill this 2772 SF home.
Neil Kelly CompanyThe secondary bedroom's ensuite bathroom ties in with many of the blue accents throughout the rest of the home. Double sink vanity, sconce lighting above the mirror, lots of vanity storage, porcelain tile flooring and a private shower room.

Cabinet-S-TopThis character-filled century home bathroom received a complete redesign by removing a closet and moving the toilet to create a larger shower area. Designer Michelle Bortolotto gave the room a fresh, modern feel while maintaining the house’s innate charm. Exposed wooden beams offer structural support with a wonderful rustic touch, drawing the eye to the unique tiled shower.
The vanity installed is Waypoint LivingSpaces 650F Cherry Java with a toilet topper cabinet. The countertop, shower curb and shower seat is Eternia Quartz in Edmonton color. A Kohler Fairfax collection in oil rubbed bronze includes the faucet, towel bar, towel holder, toilet paper holder, and grab bars. The toilet is Kohler Cimmarron comfort height in white. In the shower, the floor and partial shower tile is WOW Craft Vintage subway tile and 12x12 Slaty, multi-color tile. On the floor is Slaty 2x2 mosaic multi-color tile.
Artistic Design And RemodelingLight and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.
The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier.

Saltwater Kitchen & Bath StudioA large steam shower was the main request for this remodeled Master bath. By eliminating the corner tub and repositioning the vanities side by side these clients gained a soothing steam shower and a gracious amount of storage.
