Bohannon Design TeamThe right side of the room features built in storage and hidden desk and murphy bed. An inset nook for the sofa preserves floorspace and breaks up the long wall. A cozy electric fireplace in the entertainment wall on the left adds ambiance. Barn doors hide a TV during wild ping pong matches! The new kitchenette is tucked back to the left.
Palatial Stone & TileThe living room is light and calming with white walls and Suber "gray" wire brushed wood look porcelain tile.
Nhuhao's Interior DesignBright and airy kitchen, dining, and living space were designed to accommodate the hectic mornings and relaxing evenings for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen was accentuated with sophisticated Azzura Bay quartzite as a gem on the backsplash and the contemporary waterfall island.
Angie Keyes CKBDThis Condo has been in the family since it was first built. And it was in desperate need of being renovated. The kitchen was isolated from the rest of the condo. The laundry space was an old pantry that was converted. We needed to open up the kitchen to living space to make the space feel larger. By changing the entrance to the first guest bedroom and turn in a den with a wonderful walk in owners closet.
Then we removed the old owners closet, adding that space to the guest bath to allow us to make the shower bigger. In addition giving the vanity more space.
The rest of the condo was updated. The master bath again was tight, but by removing walls and changing door swings we were able to make it functional and beautiful all that the same time.
