This Northern Liberties townhouse infuses Scandinavian sensibility throughout, reminding my client of her home in Sweden. The simplicity of the furniture also allows my clients' amazing art collection to shine, all while staying family friendly.

The "Wild Jungle Nursery" was a project we completed for a soon to be transitioning toddler. Our client chose a theme that their son could grow into and could also be educational. By using the wild jungle theme, we created fun decor that was interactive and soothing. We changed the original wall color, lighting, and used some existing furniture to make the transition easier. The nursery is one that can easily be changed to a big boy room, coming soon!

I would like a cheerful room for my baby and chose bright mustard yellow as the main colour. In the meantime, as I learned baby only can tell black & white colour for a while, I chose black wallpaper for the rest two walls. I am worried it's too bold, but after putting them all on, I am pretty happy with the result. And of course, yellow and black normally go well together.
The cot and Change table is Babyletto Lolly brand. Package price $1500;
The single bed is passed down from a friend. I bought the draw knobs from Etsy;
Animal Heads Deco bought on RoyalDesign. $80 each;
Clock, paintings and other small deco all bought from Taobao.
As an amateur, I am pretty happy with the end result, and I believe the same with my baby. Hope you like it too :)

The idea was to design the room so it can be easily transformed from nursery into a toddler's and child's bedroom, by just changing the cot into a toddler bed.

Expanding a small room into a former alcove has given way to a wonderfully spacious nursery. The soft carpet underfoot adds a comforting touch, while the choice of white nursery furniture maintains an airy and bright ambiance. This neutral backdrop allows the new parents to infuse the space with personality through whimsical wall murals and an array of playful kids' soft toys, creating a warm and inviting haven for their little one.
To ensure practicality, an in-built wardrobe has been incorporated for added storage, providing a neat solution for the baby essentials. This thoughtful addition not only enhances functionality but also allows room for the kids to grow, adapting seamlessly to their evolving needs.
