Just Go Home DesignAn adorably non-traditional nursery that layers textures and patterns with bright colors and shapes. Warm earthy orange tones pair with bright and fresh greens to keep a natural feeling flowing. Maple wood accents and a sheepskin rug feel a bit nordic and cozy while the simple mural adds a bit of pop to the space.

Sikora CreationsThis remodeled nursery/playroom is part of an entire lower level remodel project to create a grandchildren's retreat space, complete with this nursery/playroom, bathroom with separate toilet room and shower, and separate guest bedroom. This shot is of the newly remodeled nursery. This is a loft play area that was built over a large rock, there is an open viewing window at the back left corner where the kids can look down at the rock below! The cabinets/drawers at the front were salvaged from a home on the east coast and re-used here. There is a closet in the left corner.

Perry InteriorsColourful kids bedroom for a three year old. The room needed plenty of storage for toys, books and clothes, but also to have plenty of usable spaces. So I incorporated a small reading nook and chose the mid-sleeper bed for the increased storage. Plus it doubles as a pull out bed underneath for sleepovers. I kept the base colours to clean greys and white and brought the scheme together with pops of colour echoed in the bunting, bedding etc for a modern, scandi look.

A large family who regularly entertains, wanted a home that looked beautiful and sophisticated, but could withstand high traffic and their busy life style. Art and family antiques were important focal points in each room. In the children's rooms, the goal was to create spaces that would not require a re-design as the children grew into teenagers.

Places & GracesWe provided final colour and drapery advice for this newly renovated villa. We fitted out this room with furniture to set it up as a multi-purpose/nursery room. We sourced all the furniture, art, objects, plants and soft furnishings to fill this room. The coffee table folds out to a single bed and was made by the builder, Peter Wolfkamp. YouthfulNestThis tiny 50 sq. foot nursery was created with a temporary wall in a rental apartment in NYC, NY. Instead of putting up a simple temporary wall it was designed with open storage and space to tuck away a changing table.
