The focal point of the room is the sleek and elegant vanity, crafted from rich wood and topped with a luxurious marble countertop. The vanity exudes timeless charm with its clean lines and exquisite craftsmanship, offering both style and functionality.
Above the vanity, a large mirror with a slim metal frame reflects the room's beauty and adds a sense of depth and spaciousness. The mirror's minimalist design complements the overall aesthetic of the powder room, enhancing its contemporary allure.
Soft, ambient lighting bathes the room in a warm glow, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. A statement pendant light hangs from the ceiling, casting a soft and diffused light that adds to the room's luxurious ambiance.
This powder room is more than just a functional space; it's a sanctuary of indulgence and relaxation, where every detail is meticulously curated to create a truly unforgettable experience. Welcome to a world of refined elegance and modern luxury.
Dual Concept DesignThe dark tone of the shiplap walls in this powder room, are offset by light oak flooring and white vanity. The space is accented with brass plumbing fixtures, hardware, mirror and sconces.
Drewett WorksLocated near the base of Scottsdale landmark Pinnacle Peak, the Desert Prairie is surrounded by distant peaks as well as boulder conservation easements. This 30,710 square foot site was unique in terrain and shape and was in close proximity to adjacent properties. These unique challenges initiated a truly unique piece of architecture.
Planning of this residence was very complex as it weaved among the boulders. The owners were agnostic regarding style, yet wanted a warm palate with clean lines. The arrival point of the design journey was a desert interpretation of a prairie-styled home. The materials meet the surrounding desert with great harmony. Copper, undulating limestone, and Madre Perla quartzite all blend into a low-slung and highly protected home.
Located in Estancia Golf Club, the 5,325 square foot (conditioned) residence has been featured in Luxe Interiors + Design’s September/October 2018 issue. Additionally, the home has received numerous design awards.
