Corinthian Fine HomesThese homeowners came to us to renovate a number of areas of their home. In their formal powder bath they wanted a sophisticated polished room that was elegant and custom in design. The formal powder was designed around stunning marble and gold wall tile with a custom starburst layout coming from behind the center of the birds nest round brass mirror. A white floating quartz countertop houses a vessel bowl sink and vessel bowl height faucet in polished nickel, wood panel and molding’s were painted black with a gold leaf detail which carried over to the ceiling for the WOW.

Paper Moon PaintingHere you can see a bit of the marble mosaic tile floor. The contrast with the deep blue of the chinoiserie wallpaper is stunning! Perfect for a small space.
Nar Design GroupOur carpenters labored every detail from chainsaws to the finest of chisels and brad nails to achieve this eclectic industrial design. This project was not about just putting two things together, it was about coming up with the best solutions to accomplish the overall vision. A true meeting of the minds was required around every turn to achieve "rough" in its most luxurious state.
Featuring: Floating vanity, rough cut wood top, beautiful accent mirror and Porcelanosa wood grain tile as flooring and backsplashes.

Joni Spear Interior DesignThibaut Medallion Paisley wallpaper adds a blast of color and drama to the small powder room. Trim paint is Benjamin Moore-Boca Raton. The existing faucet was replaced with the French-inspired satin brass fixture from Newport Brass. The 3 light vanity sconce adds an architectural detail and the medallion on the brass mirror echoes the design motif of the paper.
J.P. Hoffman Design BuildPart of the 1st floor renovation was giving the powder room a facelift. There was an underutilized shower in this room that we removed and replaced with storage. We then installed a new vanity, countertop, tile floor and plumbing fixtures. The homeowners chose a fun and beautiful wallpaper to finish the space.
Sea Island Builders LLCThis stylish powder room features grasscloth wallpaper atop navy blue wainscoting for a modern take on coastal style. An antique chest was fitted with a marble top for a beautiful sink with storage. A beaded chandelier, modern sconces and mercury glass mirror give the space a touch of glamour.
Design Studio InternationalThe brushed nickel wall-mount faucet frees up countertop space for the striking, hand-made melon shaped sink.
