IS ArchitectureA more bold approach was taken with the color scheme for the Pool Bath. The oversized subway tiles in four colors - mango, breeze, estuary and sea grass- is the focal point of the bathroom while the smaller scale mosaic flooring offsets it nicely in Tessera glass. Traditional elements were used to keep with the style of the home: the classic white of the cabinetry, countertop and sink, the simplicity of the circular mirror and the single light wall sconces complete the look.

Fratantoni Luxury Estates Design/Build/RemodelingWe love this master bathroom's marble countertops, mosaic floor tile, custom wall sconces, and window nook.
Design Studio WestThe powder room is located just outside the kitchen and we wanted the same motif to be carried into the room. We used the same floor material but changed the design from 24" x 24" format tiles to smaller hexagons to be more in scale with the room. Accent tiles were selected to add a sense of whimsy to the rooms and color.
Garrison HomesThe Montauk, our new model home and design center is now open in the sought after community of Showfield in Lewes. This Hampton’s inspired modern farmhouse feel is a collaboration between Garrison Homes, Element Design and Rsquare in Rehoboth. The Garrison quality craftsmanship can be seen in every inch of this home. Here are some photos of our favorite spaces, but stop by and tour this incredible model to see first hand what makes a Garrison Home so different.
The model is open daily Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm and weekends 11am – 4pm.

UserThis lovely Regency building is in a magnificent setting with fabulous sea views. The Regents were influenced by Classical Greece as well as cultures from further afield including China, India and Egypt. Our brief was to preserve and cherish the original elements of the building, while making a feature of our client’s impressive art collection. Where items are fixed (such as the kitchen and bathrooms) we used traditional styles that are sympathetic to the Regency era. Where items are freestanding or easy to move, then we used contemporary furniture & fittings that complemented the artwork. The colours from the artwork inspired us to create a flow from one room to the next and each room was carefully considered for its’ use and it’s aspect. We commissioned some incredibly talented artisans to create bespoke mosaics, furniture and ceramic features which all made an amazing contribution to the building’s narrative.
