Cummings Architecture + InteriorsThe 1790 Garvin-Weeks Farmstead is a beautiful farmhouse with Georgian and Victorian period rooms as well as a craftsman style addition from the early 1900s. The original house was from the late 18th century, and the barn structure shortly after that. The client desired architectural styles for her new master suite, revamped kitchen, and family room, that paid close attention to the individual eras of the home. The master suite uses antique furniture from the Georgian era, and the floral wallpaper uses stencils from an original vintage piece. The kitchen and family room are classic farmhouse style, and even use timbers and rafters from the original barn structure. The expansive kitchen island uses reclaimed wood, as does the dining table. The custom cabinetry, milk paint, hand-painted tiles, soapstone sink, and marble baking top are other important elements to the space. The historic home now shines.

Haven Design and ConstructionThis elegant white and silver powder bath is a wonderful surprise for guests. The white on white design wallpaper provides an elegant backdrop to the pale gray vanity and light blue ceiling. The gentle curve of the powder vanity showcases the marble countertop. Polished nickel and crystal wall sconces and a beveled mirror finish the space.
Triple Dot Design StudioA custom concrete sink with wall mounted faucet to accommodate this narrow powder room. Applied molding paneling was added to elevate this powder room, sweet and small area.

These homeowners were ready to invest heavily in their home with a complete home remodel including kitchen, family room, powder room, laundry room, stairs, master bath and all flooring and mill work on the second floor plus many window replacements. TEW Design StudioIn this project, we transformed a main living area, kitchen and dining room from bland to stylish and comfortable for our clients entertaining needs. The kitchen was extended and opened up to the living room for better flow, both visual and functional. A built-in tv wall unit fills up a big blank wall and adds storage. New furnishings, lighting, art and accessories complete all spaces.
