Regina CreativeAll new wall and floor tiles, new toilet, vanity, mirror and light sconce. Subway tiles with color and texture variation create a handmade feel while the shape of the mirror complements the floor tile pattern. Black hardware accents the rest of the black accents throughout the project.
Rolf Schroeder General Contractors, Inc.The original floor plan had to be restructured due to design flaws. The location of the door to the toilet caused you to hit your knee on the toilet bowl when entering the bathroom. While sitting on the toilet, the vanity would touch your side. This required proper relocation of the plumbing DWV and supply to the Powder Room. The existing delaminating vanity was also replaced with a Custom Vanity with Stiletto Furniture Feet and Aged Gray Stain. The vanity was complimented by a Carrera Marble Countertop with a Traditional Ogee Edge. A Custom site milled Shiplap wall, Beadboard Ceiling, and Crown Moulding details were added to elevate the small space. The existing tile floor was removed and replaced with new raw oak hardwood which needed to be blended into the existing oak hardwood. Then finished with special walnut stain and polyurethane.

Alair Homes PlanoOur clients came to us after purchasing their new home, wanting to update a few things to make it “theirs.” They wanted to refresh the powder bath by removing the existing mirrors, sconces, vanity, toilet, and wallpaper. We kept the existing cabinets and sink and installed a Brizo Virage faucet in Brilliance Luxe Gold. Two Sinuous Gold Leaf sconces were hung on either side of the vanity mirror, and a beautiful Bellvale small chandelier was hung in the center of the bathroom! The wallpaper was removed and the room was painted a soft gray, really making the gold hardware and decor pop! It has a classic, timeless look now.

Landis Architects | BuildersWe completely gutted and renovated this DC rowhouse and added a three-story rear addition and a roof deck. On the main floor the new powder room has a freestanding sink and a mirrored back wall behind the vanity.
