Comodoos InterioresEn el aseo comun, decidimos crear un foco arriesgado con un papel pintado de estilo marítimo, con esos toques vitales en amarillo y que nos daba un punto distinto al espacio.
Coordinado con los toques negros de los mecanismos, los grifos o el mueble, este baño se convirtió en protagonista absoluto.

It is a family friends kitchen and this remodel is something they have wanted to do since moving into their home so I was honored to help them with this makeover. We pretty much started from scratch, removed a drywall pantry to create space to move the ovens to a wall that made more sense and create an amazing focal point with the new wood hood. For finishes light and bright was key so the main cabinetry got a brushed white finish and the island grounds the space with its darker finish. Some glitz and glamour were pulled in with the backsplash tile, countertops, lighting and subtle arches in the cabinetry. The connected powder room got a similar update, carrying the main cabinetry finish into the space but we added some unexpected touches with a patterned tile floor, hammered vessel bowl sink and crystal knobs. The new space is welcoming and bright and sure to house many family gatherings for years to come.
Orren Pickell Building GroupA custom-designed, wall-to-wall vanity was created to look like a piece of high-end, well-crafted furniture. A gray-stained finish bridges the home's French country aesthetic and the family's modern lifestyle needs. Functional drawers above and open shelf keep towels and other items close at hand.
Design Challenges:
While we might naturally place a mirror above the sink, this basin is located under a window. Moving the window would compromise the home's exterior aesthetic, so the window became part of the design. Matching custom framing around the mirrors looks brings the elements together.

NJ Kitchens and BathsCustomer requested a simplistic, european style powder room. The powder room consists of a vessel sink, quartz countertop on top of a contemporary style vanity. The toilet has a skirted trapway, which creates a sleek design. A mosaic style floor tile helps bring together a simplistic look with lots of character.
