4Ever RemodelingWe added small powder room out of foyer space. 1800 sq.ft. whole house remodel. We added powder room and mudroom, opened up the walls to create an open concept kitchen. We added electric fireplace into the living room to create a focal point. Brick wall are original to the house to preserve the mid century modern style of the home. 2 full bathroom were completely remodel with more modern finishes.
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingA referral from an awesome client lead to this project that we paired with Tschida Construction.
We did a complete gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder bathroom and the change was so impactful.
We knew we couldn't leave the outdated fireplace and built-in area in the family room adjacent to the kitchen so we painted the golden oak cabinetry and updated the hardware and mantle.
The staircase to the second floor was also an area the homeowners wanted to address so we removed the landing and turn and just made it a straight shoot with metal spindles and new flooring.
The whole main floor got new flooring, paint, and lighting.
Che Bella Interiors Design + RemodelingThe powder room was also brought back to life by painting the existing vanity and replacing the countertop. The walls were also changed to white to luminate the space further.
Design TuttoilmondoThe overall design was done by Sarah Vaile Interior Design. My contribution to this was the stone specification and architectural details for the intricate inverted chevron tile format.
Signature Designs Kitchen | Bath | InteriorsLight and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.
Bridget Ray Interior DesignSmall powder bath under a stairway. Original space was dated with heavy dark mediterranean colors and finishes. Existing wood floors remained, but vibrant, bold wallpaper used on all walls, transitional marble vanity replaced existing sink, and new wall sconces and mirrors added to give the space an update, vibrant vibe that resonated with the remainder of the house which is an old Florida style that is updated and fun.
Lucy Johnson Interior DesignSince the house has a view of Puget Sound, we created a dramatic, water inspired Powder room. Sandwiched between a stairwell and exterior wall, the only option to update this narrow space was to replace materials & plumbing. By installing a wall hung toilet and shallow wall hung vanity, we were able to make this narrow space feel larger. Using white modern sleek plumbing we were able to use dark accent colors to create a soothing space. Touched off with cascading amber glass lighting giving warmth to the cool palette.
