Kimberlee Marie InteriorsIt’s always a blessing when your clients become friends - and that’s exactly what blossomed out of this two-phase remodel (along with three transformed spaces!). These clients were such a joy to work with and made what, at times, was a challenging job feel seamless. This project consisted of two phases, the first being a reconfiguration and update of their master bathroom, guest bathroom, and hallway closets, and the second a kitchen remodel.
In keeping with the style of the home, we decided to run with what we called “traditional with farmhouse charm” – warm wood tones, cement tile, traditional patterns, and you can’t forget the pops of color! The master bathroom airs on the masculine side with a mostly black, white, and wood color palette, while the powder room is very feminine with pastel colors.
When the bathroom projects were wrapped, it didn’t take long before we moved on to the kitchen. The kitchen already had a nice flow, so we didn’t need to move any plumbing or appliances. Instead, we just gave it the facelift it deserved! We wanted to continue the farmhouse charm and landed on a gorgeous terracotta and ceramic hand-painted tile for the backsplash, concrete look-alike quartz countertops, and two-toned cabinets while keeping the existing hardwood floors. We also removed some upper cabinets that blocked the view from the kitchen into the dining and living room area, resulting in a coveted open concept floor plan.
Our clients have always loved to entertain, but now with the remodel complete, they are hosting more than ever, enjoying every second they have in their home.

BRÜNING INTERIORSKleines aber feines Gäste-WC. Clever integrierter Stauraum mit einem offenen Fach und mit Türen geschlossenen Stauraum. Hinter der oberen Fuge wird die Abluft abgezogen. Besonderes Highlight ist die Woodup-Decke - die Holzlamellen ebenfalls in Eiche sorgen für das I-Tüpfelchen auf kleinem Raum.
By Design Interiors, Inc.Powder bath is a mod-inspired blend of old and new. The floating vanity is reminiscent of an old, reclaimed cabinet and bejeweled with gold and black glass hardware. A Carrara marble vessel sink has an organic curved shape, while a spunky black and white hexagon tile is embedded with the mirror. Gold pendants flank the mirror for an added glitz.
M.J.Harris GroupThe floor plan of the powder room was left unchanged and the focus was directed at refreshing the space. The green slate vanity ties the powder room to the laundry, creating unison within this beautiful South-East Melbourne home. 株式会社 WHALE HOUSE住居もまばらな田畑の続く道の先に、スタイリッシュな黒の外壁と大きな軒が印象的なこの家は建つ。すっと伸びる軒の風情が風景に美しく溶け込み、木製の格子と相まって、広大な土地に彩りと洗練された雰囲気を醸し出している。大きな屋根のかかった和室の窓をすべて開ければ、まるで森の中にいるような、内外の隔たりをも感じさせないアウトドア空間が生まれる。
室内は薪ストーブのある玄関土間を囲むように各部屋が配され、どこにいても家族の気配を感じられる。素材の質感を残した建具や格子など、モダンさと和の要素が融合した、どこか懐かしい遊び心あふれる住まいが誕生。
Chrysalide ArchitectureRénovation de la salle de bain, de son dressing, des wc qui n'avaient jamais été remis au goût du jour depuis la construction.
La salle de bain a entièrement été démolie pour ré installer une baignoire 180x80, une douche de 160x80 et un meuble double vasque de 150cm.
