Moroccan Fish Scales in all white were the perfect choice to brighten and liven this small partial bath! Using a unique tile shape while keeping a monochromatic white theme is a great way to add pizazz to a bathroom that you and all your guests will love.

A serene colour palette with shades of Dulux Bruin Spice and Nood Co peach concrete adds warmth to a south-facing bathroom, complemented by dramatic white floor-to-ceiling shower curtains. Finishes of handmade clay herringbone tiles, raw rendered walls and marbled surfaces adds texture to the bathroom renovation.

Small Brooks Custom wood countertop and a vessel sink that fits perfectly on top. The counter top was made special for this space and designed by one of our great designers to add a nice touch to a small area. The sleek wall mounted faucet is perfect!
Setting the stage is the textural tile set atop the warm herringbone floor tile

A dramatic renovation we completed on this Austin garage! We turned an unused storage space into a fully functioning bathroom! Crisp white tile walls, slate gray floor tiles, and a wall-mounted sink, shelf, and towel rack create the perfect space for family and guests to move from the outside pool area to the indoors without getting the rest of the home wet.
Designed by Sara Barney’s BANDD DESIGN, who are based in Austin, Texas and serving throughout Round Rock, Lake Travis, West Lake Hills, and Tarrytown.

Have you ever had a powder room that’s just too small? A clever way to fix that is to break into the adjacent room! This powder room shared a wall with the water heater closet, so we relocated the water heater and used that closet space to add a sink area. Instant size upgrade!

The WOW factor in this powder room is big. The detail around the sink with the custom wall treatment, mirror, metal encased inset with mirrored edges make this space a show stopper! Photography by Peter Rymwid.

The powder room was relocated from the back of the house. it now resides tucked into little space created between the dining room and kitchen. The powder room sink is a real eye catcher and the splurge in un-laquered brass it will continue to turn and age with the color deepening to a dark brown over time with bright highlights. Water Works wall mounter faucet also in un-lauquered brass complete the look.
