Located steps away from the beach, the client engaged us to transform a blank industrial loft space to a warm inviting space that pays respect to its industrial heritage. We use anchored large open space with a sixteen foot conversation island that was constructed out of reclaimed logs and plumbing pipes. The island itself is divided up into areas for eating, drinking, and reading. Bringing this theme into the bedroom, the bed was constructed out of 12x12 reclaimed logs anchored by two bent steel plates for side tables.
Randy Heller Pure and Simple Interior DesignThis bathroom reflects a current feel that can be classified as transitional living or soft modern. Once again an example of white contrasting beautifully with dark cherry wood. The large bathroom vanity mirror makes the bathroom feel larger than it is.

Benjamin Moore HC 105 is on both the ceiling & walls. The darker color on the ceiling works b/c of the 10 ft height coupled w/the west facing window, lighting & white trim.
