Cabinet-S-TopThis powder room was updated with a Medallion Cherry Devonshire Vanity with French Roast glaze. The countertop is Venetian Cream quartz with Moen Wynford faucet and Moen Brantford vanity light.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThe COREtec floors continue in this basement powder room where we installed a new window and a new Shaker-style vanity with a quartz counter.
We tore down the walls between four rooms to create this great room in Villanova, PA. And what a difference it makes! This bright space is perfect for everyday living and entertaining family and friends as the kitchen, eating and living areas flow seamlessly. With red oak flooring throughout, we used white and light gray materials and crown moulding to give this large space a cohesive yet open feel. We added wainscoting to the steel post columns. Other projects in this house included installing red oak flooring throughout the first floor, refinishing the main staircase, building new stairs into the basement, installing new basement flooring and opening the basement rooms to create another entertainment area.

Alair Homes PlanoOur clients came to us after purchasing their new home, wanting to update a few things to make it “theirs.” They wanted to refresh the powder bath by removing the existing mirrors, sconces, vanity, toilet, and wallpaper. We kept the existing cabinets and sink and installed a Brizo Virage faucet in Brilliance Luxe Gold. Two Sinuous Gold Leaf sconces were hung on either side of the vanity mirror, and a beautiful Bellvale small chandelier was hung in the center of the bathroom! The wallpaper was removed and the room was painted a soft gray, really making the gold hardware and decor pop! It has a classic, timeless look now.

Design Connection, Inc.Our clients had thought very hard about remodeling or moving. Their family was at a point where they needed to move or remodel. They loved their neighborhood. In researching their options they found Design Connection, Inc, on Houzz website.
After much thought they decided to remodel their entire first floor of their home to make the space more family friendly.
Our design team at Design Connection, Inc. came up with a plan to remodel the kitchen space and update all the fixtures, flooring, fireplaces. Space plans allowed the client to see where all the new furnishing were going to be placed, as well as choices for carpet, countertops, plumbing, a new island, lighting, tile furniture and accessories. An approval was given and everything was ordered. The client stated “The process was simple and went smoothly.”
The construction process from start to finish took a mere two months and finished on time and on budget. The furniture was delivered at one time and the pictures hung by our professional installer. The accessories were the final element to complete this beautiful project. The client’s left for a few hours with an empty house and came back to their dream home. They were thrilled!

Love Your Room LLCWe were hired to renovate this entire ranch home in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. We replaced the flooring throughout, designed a new kitchen and two bathrooms.
We reworked walls to add a custom bar, create wider hallways, build new custom built in bookcase, TV unit and fireplace surround, added a lot of new millwork, and all new furniture and lighting.
