Experience urban sophistication meets artistic flair in this unique Chicago residence. Combining urban loft vibes with Beaux Arts elegance, it offers 7000 sq ft of modern luxury. Serene interiors, vibrant patterns, and panoramic views of Lake Michigan define this dreamy lakeside haven.
Every detail in this powder room exudes sophistication. Earthy backsplash tiles impressed with tiny blue dots complement the navy blue faucet, while organic frosted glass and oak pendants add a touch of minimal elegance.

This contemporary powder room design in Yardley, PA is proof that the smallest room in the house can be the most stylish. The combination of colors and textures creates a stunning design that will make it a conversation piece for visitors to the home. The Jay Rambo floating vanity cabinet has a natural finish on Sapele with a Salerno door style. This is accented by a Caesarstone White Attica countertop, Top Knobs satin brass hardware, and a Sigma Stixx 8" lever faucet. A decorative gold framed mirror sits against the backdrop of bold, black and white patterned wallpaper. Warm wood floors create a cozy atmosphere, and a Toto toilet completes this powder room.

I am glad to present a new project, Powder room design in a modern style. This project is as simple as it is not ordinary with its solution. The powder room is the most typical, small. I used wallpaper for this project, changing the visual space - increasing it. The idea was to extend the semicircular corridor by creating additional vertical backlit niches. I also used everyone's long-loved living moss to decorate the wall so that the powder room did not look like a lifeless and dull corridor. The interior lines are clean. The interior is not overflowing with accents and flowers. Everything is concise and restrained: concrete and flowers, the latest technology and wildlife, wood and metal, yin-yang.

We utilized the space in this powder room more efficiently by fabricating a driftwood apron- front, floating sink base. The extra counter space gives guests more room room for a purse, when powdering their nose. Chunky crown molding, painted in fresh white balances the architecture.
With no natural light, it was imperative to have plenty of illumination. We chose a small chandelier with a dark weathered zinc finish and driftwood beads and coordinating double light sconce.
A natural rope mirror brings in the additional beach vibe and jute baskets store bathroom essentials and camouflages the plumbing.
Paint is Sherwin Williams, "Deep Sea Dive".

Midcentury powder room accented with textured palm springs style wallpaper. The sink cabinet is walnut with a solid surface top. Fixtures are brass.

A cramped and dated kitchen was completely removed. New custom cabinets, built-in wine storage and shelves came from the same shop. Quartz waterfall counters were installed with all-new flooring, LED light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and appliances. A new sliding pocket door provides access from the dining room to the powder room as well as to the backyard. A new tankless toilet as well as new finishes on floor, walls and ceiling make a small powder room feel larger than it is in real life.

Drama in a small space! Elegant, dimensional Walker Zanger tile creates a dramatic focal point in this sophisticated powder bath. The rough hewn European oak floating cabinetry ads warmth and layered texture to the space while the crisp matt white quartz countertop is the perfect foil for the etched stone sink. The sensuous curves of smooth carved stone reveal a patchwork of Japanese sashiko kimono pattern depicting organic elements such as waves, mountains and bamboo. The circular LED lit mirror echoes the flowing liquid lines of the tile and circular vessel sink.
Everything Home
Our design studio gave the main floor of this home a minimalist, Scandinavian-style refresh while actively focusing on creating an inviting and welcoming family space. We achieved this by upgrading all of the flooring for a cohesive flow and adding cozy, custom furnishings and beautiful rugs, art, and accent pieces to complement a bright, lively color palette.
In the living room, we placed the TV unit above the fireplace and added stylish furniture and artwork that holds the space together. The powder room got fresh paint and minimalist wallpaper to match stunning black fixtures, lighting, and mirror. The dining area was upgraded with a gorgeous wooden dining set and console table, pendant lighting, and patterned curtains that add a cheerful tone.

The design idea focused on simple clean lines with a neutral color palette for a transitional design style. A cohesive look was achieved by using the same quartz countertop and warm walnut shaker door style as the kitchen and bar area. New design elements include the backsplash, rectangular sink, elegant single-hole faucet and textural knobs. The big impact to the space was the bold playful multi-textured crisp white tiles covering the plumbing wall. Furthermore, the plumbing wall tiles were enhanced by the backlit mirror which washed the tile with light, highlighting the depth of the geometric lines.
