Lenox House DesignThe powder bath doubles as a lake bath for guests coming from swimming. The custom vanity has opebn shelving for towels and bowl vessel sink with Signature Hardware faucet. The sconces are Visual Comfort. The shower has navy blue subway tile with white grout and the ceiling has an amazing blue wallpaper. All the walls are shiplap in Benjamin Moore White Dove.

Karen Kempf InteriorsA farmhouse style was achieved in this new construction home by keeping the details clean and simple. Shaker style cabinets and square stair parts moldings set the backdrop for incorporating our clients’ love of Asian antiques. We had fun re-purposing the different pieces she already had: two were made into bathroom vanities; and the turquoise console became the star of the house, welcoming visitors as they walk through the front door.
Lucy Johnson Interior DesignA NKBA award winner for best Powder Room. The main objective was to provide an aesthetically stunning, yet practical Powder room for their guests. In order for this tiny space to meet code clearance, I placed the vanity perpendicular to the toilet. I designed a tiny open vanity with a vessel sink and wall mounted plumbing to keep the space feeling as large as possible. The dark colors recede and provide drama and the warm wood, grout color and gold tone fixtures bring warmth to this cool palette. The tile pattern suggests trees bringing nature into the space.
Elton R ConstructionThe compact powder room shines with natural marble tile and floating vanity. Underlighting on the vanity and hanging pendants keep the space bright while ensuring a smooth, warm atmosphere.
