Dirty laundry shoots for darks and colours, with plenty of opening shelving and hanging spaces for freshly ironed clothing. This is a laundry that not only looks beautiful but works!
Happy House Interiors, llc.Scalloped handmade tiles act as the backsplash at the laundry sink. The countertop is a remnant of Brazilian Exotic Gaya Green quartzite.
Boyer Building CorporationBeautiful re-do of a once dingy laundry/mud room. Custom bench, cabinets were installed to be best fit for the family. Beautiful porcelain floor installed and ceramic hexagon white tile with gray grout adds creative intrigue. Stacked laundry at the right of the plant, by a window allowing light to spread through out the galley-style laundry space.
LNDesignsThis reconfiguration project was a classic case of rooms not fit for purpose, with the back door leading directly into a home-office (not very productive when the family are in and out), so we reconfigured the spaces and the office became a utility room.
The area was kept tidy and clean with inbuilt cupboards, stacking the washer and tumble drier to save space. The Belfast sink was saved from the old utility room and complemented with beautiful Victorian-style mosaic flooring.
Now the family can kick off their boots and hang up their coats at the back door without muddying the house up!
Tom HowleyOur dark green boot room and utility has been designed for all seasons, incorporating open and closed storage for muddy boots, bags, various outdoor items and cleaning products.
No boot room is complete without bespoke bench seating. In this instance, we've introduced a warm and contrasting walnut seat, offering a cosy perch and additional storage below.
To add a heritage feel, we've embraced darker tones, walnut details and burnished brass Antrim handles, bringing beauty to this practical room.

Collaborative design work between our clients and ourselves incorporating their own tastes, furniture and artwork as they downsized from a large home to an almost new condo. As with many of our projects we brought in our core group of trade specialists to consult and advise so that we could guide our clients through an easy process of option selections to meet their standards, timeline and budget. A very smooth project from beginning to end that included removal of the existing hardwood and carpet throughout, new painting throughout, some new lighting and detailed art glass work as well as custom metal and millwork.
