This compact powder room blurs the line between traditional and contemporary style. Subtly mixing different design styles can be tricky, but can yield some wonderful and unexpected results.
Here, traditional penny tile with a red accent border anchors otherwise contemporary plumbing fixtures. Over-sized subway tile in a stacked bond pattern give a traditional material selection a more contemporary look.

Haven Design and Construction
This pretty powder bath is part of a whole house design and renovation by Haven Design and Construction. The herringbone marble flooring provides a subtle pattern that reflects the gray and white color scheme of this elegant powder bath. A soft gray wallpaper with beaded octagon geometric design provides sophistication to the tiny jewelbox powder room, while the gold and glass chandelier adds drama. The furniture detailing of the custom vanity cabinet adds further detail. This powder bath is sure to impress guests.

The client wanted to turn her tiny plain powder room into something her guest would enjoy. We updated the sink, faucet, hardware, mirror and lighting freshen up this dated bathroom. The wallpaper actually makes the room feel larger and welcoming!

A fun jazzy powder bathroom highlights the client’s own photography. A patterned porcelain floor not only adds some pizzazz but is also a breeze to maintain. The deep blue vanity cabinet pops against the black, white, and gray tones.
Hidden behind the sideway, a free-hanging vanity mirror and industrial vanity light hang over the semi-vessel sink making this an unexpectedly fun room for guests to visit.
