Camden Lane InteriorsAn interior design refresh was exactly what this Toronto home needed! We wanted this client’s living room to have an updated look with some major wow-factor and increased function! Our interior design worked around the beautiful abstract art by pulling out those blue & gold tones in the pillows, accent chairs, and shelving display. Nesting tables are a great use of space and perfect when entertaining to extend the table out when you need it. Newly installed floating shelves also offer a stylish solution for display that doesn’t take up too much space and accommodates great use for a book display.

Liza Ryner Designdesign and chill - with more than 2 feet of snow on the ground and the city shut down, he called with a plan: transform our college/family hand-me-down style into the home we will welcome our newborn daughter into – by july. his tireless pursuit, and her clear vision that an eclectic but smallish rug must stay, led to a beautiful family room. it includes a cozy, colorful, and crowd-seating storage bench for lots of friends and family to enjoy the baby (and games) and chill.
MIKEN Builders, IncWhen you have a lot a block from the ocean you have to take advantage of any possible view of the Atlantic. When that lot is in Rehoboth Beach it is imperative to incorporate the beach cottage charm with that view. With that in mind this beautifully charming new home was created through the collaboration of the owner, architect, interior designer and MIKEN Builders.

Initialement configuré en deux « chambres de bonnes », la réunion de ces deux dernières et l’ouverture des volumes a permis de transformer l’ensemble en un appartement deux pièces très fonctionnel et lumineux.
Avec presque 41m2 au sol (29m2 carrez), les rangements ont été maximisés dans tous les espaces avec notamment un grand dressing dans la chambre, la cuisine ouverte sur le salon séjour, et la salle d’eau séparée des sanitaires, le tout baigné de lumière naturelle avec une vue dégagée sur les toits de Paris.
Tout en prenant en considération les problématiques liées au diagnostic énergétique initialement très faible, cette rénovation allie esthétisme, optimisation et performances actuelles dans un soucis du détail pour cet appartement destiné à la location.

Jamie House DesignIn planning the design we used many existing home features in different ways throughout the home. Shiplap, while currently trendy, was a part of the original home so we saved portions of it to reuse in the new section to marry the old and new.
This is the upstairs TV room/ stair loft. The house's original shiplap was saved to wall the stairwell. We wrapped that same shiplap around as the wet bar backsplash and small ledge. All of the furniture and accessories in this space are existing from the homeowners previous house.

K Two Designs, Inc.Welcome to an Updated English home. While the feel was kept English, the home has modern touches to keep it fresh and modern. The family room was the most modern of the rooms so that there would be comfortable seating for family and guests. The family loves color, so the addition of orange was added for more punch.
ModlifeHomeThis family room redo included stripping the red oak floors and sealing it without stain. Then a custom made bleached oak sofa table replaced a dated pieced and stainlees steel drawers were added to match a wall console. The Massoni rug was customized by Stark rugs and pillows were customized from Osbourne and Little fabrics and Jim Thompson for Holly Hunt velvets to match the rug tones.
A Saarinen game table was added next to the pool table and Bac One chairs from Luminaire which match the bleach oak floors and the new blue felt of the pool table. A fig leaf tree from Gethsemene Gardens was placed in the corner with a 1970’s Architectural Pottery planter.

UserWeekend retreat family room featuring a gray sectional couch and swivel chairs for cozy conversation. White wood wall panels to brighten up the space, with dark wood ceiling beams in a vaulted pattern for contrast.
