Donald Lococo ArchitectsOwner, architect, and site merged a design from their mutual association with the river.
Located on the edge of Goose Creek, the owner was drawn to the site, reminiscent of a river from his youth that he used to tube down with friends and a 6-pack of beer. The architect, although growing up a country way, had similar memories along the water.
Design gains momentum from conversations of built forms they recall floating along: mills and industrial compounds lining waterways that once acted as their lifeline. The common memories of floating past stone abutments and looking up at timber trussed bridges from below inform the interior. The concept extends into the hardscape in piers, and terraces that recall those partial elements remaining in and around the river.

Tru Form TinyDesigned by Malia Schultheis and built by Tru Form Tiny. This Tiny Home features Blue stained pine for the ceiling, pine wall boards in white, custom barn door, custom steel work throughout, and modern minimalist window trim.
Avant Garde Wood FloorsRefined Rustic Loft with gorgeous views of the lake. Avant Garde Wood Floors provided these custom random width hardwood floors. These are engineered White Oak with hit and miss sawn texture and black oil finish from Rubio Monocoat.
MARGARITA BRAVOAccent walls, patterned wallpaper, modern furniture, dramatic artwork, and unique finishes — this condo in downtown Denver is a treasure trove of good design.

Housewright Construction Inc.Housewright Construction had the pleasure of renovating this 1980's lake house in central NH. We stripped down the old tongue and grove pine, re-insulated, replaced all of the flooring, installed a custom stained wood ceiling, gutted the Kitchen and bathrooms and added a custom fireplace. Outside we installed new siding, replaced the windows, installed a new deck, screened in porch and farmers porch and outdoor shower. This lake house will be a family favorite for years to come!
