Twisted Rock Terrascape & Design, Inc.Our client contracted us to design and build a functional and interesting water front project that had to be family friendly!! They wanted a cozy fire pit area that also contained a 3 piece natural rock bubbler. They also wanted a spa area with lounger space for sunbathing as well as a beach area for sandcastles and beach toy storage. No expense was spared with a custom pergola, natural rock retaining and steps as well as landscape lighting and well placed trees and shrubs. Concrete edge and aggregate beds make for a low maintenance dream yard!!

MTR Contractors | My Thatch RoofThis structure was particularly cool because it was a custom bamboo structure the client had purchased in California years ago, but came with no instructions, no hardware, no pictures, nothing. So the MTR boys had fun time figuring out how to put it together. To no ones surprise, they did it and then we added the synthetic thatch to the structure. ☀️
Martin Bros. Contracting, Inc.This lake home remodeling project involved significant renovations to both the interior and exterior of the property. One of the major changes on the exterior was the removal of a glass roof and the installation of steel beams, which added structural support to the building and allowed for the creation of a new upper-level patio. The lower-level patio also received a complete overhaul, including the addition of a new pavilion, stamped concrete, and a putting green. The exterior of the home was also completely repainted and received extensive updates to the hardscaping and landscaping. Inside, the home was completely updated with a new kitchen, a remodeled upper-level sunroom, a new upper-level fireplace, a new lower-level wet bar, and updated bathrooms, paint, and lighting. These renovations all combined to turn the home into the homeowner's dream lake home, complete with all the features and amenities they desired.
