Custom Wood FloorsWe did a restore on this 1870s heart pine floor in a historic National Park Service Meusium. Formally the Lighthouse Keepers House, these 1870 hear pine floors has so much character and beauty that a refinish wasn't an option. while wear and tear over the yeas of over 100,000 people a year walking across these floors had stripped away the old finish, We deep cleaned the wood, and then used a penetrating oil and gave it a good buffing to bring the shine back and replace the oil where it has been "walked off" over the years. Now the floor looks great and is ready for another hundred years!
RR RedesignMonrovia residence in old world oranges and greens transformed to light and airy lakeside grays and nautical blues. A fresh and affordable update to worn carpeting is done by layering a soft jute 8x10 rug with an angled cabana striped rug to give a seaside design. A fun rowboat shelf from etsy adds whimsy and functionality to the room. Extra large Pottery Barn blown glass lamps add a nice face lift to the clients existing end tables. Fun accents such as a ball of oyster shells and a striped pom-pom throw bring a fun and relaxed lakeside design.

Beach Haus InteriorsThis is the perfect family room layout for 4 boys! An open modular sofa allows them to sprawl and watch TV with a separate sitting area off to one side.
On the rear ( TV ) wall we wanted to break up the white shiplap so our team custom hand painted the finish, slightly distressed in shades of gray, cream, blue & teal - so fun! Under foot, a jute and sisal blended rug grounds the space and 4 square woven cubes serve as either a large coffee table or individual foot rests! A pair of ceiling fans overhead add to the breeze and are finished in a driftwood gray with silver metal cage detail and seeded glass.
