Fresh Start InteriorsThis coastal kitchen needed a refresh. Its solid wood cabinets were painted in a sage green, with putty colored trim and a cherry island and dark countertop. We painted the cabinetry and replaced countertops and appliances. We also moved the refrigerator to a side wall to create a better work space flow and added two windows to provide symmetry on the cooktop wall. A new custom wood hood and patterned marble backsplash help add a cheerful upbeat vibe to a previously subdued and muted space.

LG Kramer FlooringWelcome to Longboat Key! This marks our client's second collaboration with us for their flooring needs. They sought a replacement for all the old tile downstairs and upstairs. Opting for the popular Reserve line in the color Talc, it seamlessly blends with the breathtaking ocean views. The LGK team successfully installed approximately 4,000 square feet of flooring. Stay tuned as we're also working on replacing their staircase!

JTID Inc.The living room and the kitchen were combined to create one open space. All windows were replaced and look out onto the newly landscaped yard. Three large skylights were also added. Light white oak floors provide a warm and subtle coastal feel.
Quarry MillThe Quarry Mill's Bismarck natural thin cut limestone creates a stunning living room fireplace in this beautiful beach house. Bismarck is a natural thin cut limestone veneer in the ashlar style. This popular stone is a mix of two faces or parts of the limestone quarried in two different locations. By blending stones from multiple quarries, we are able to create beautiful and subtle color variations in Bismarck. Although the stone from both quarries is from the same geological formation, one quarry produces the lighter pieces and the other produces the darker pieces. Using the different faces or parts of the stone also sets this blend apart. Some pieces show the exteriors of the natural limestone slabs while others show the interior which has been split with a hydraulic press.

Brad Cox, Architect, Inc.The living room opens to both the kitchen and the garden, with a 9' wide La Cantina connecting indoors and out. As the front door is adjacent to the accordion door, the door was built to open in instead of the usual out (the tables and plant are relocated when the door is in use--a trade the occupants are willing to make). A vaulted ceiling gives the room presence. The owner is California born and raised, and her love of the state and the coast is evident in the Plein Air seascapes collection.
