Made To Last Custom Homes Ltd.This space was originally dark with a wide range of colours. We brightened up the space by whitewashing the ceiling, installing new carpet and painting the trims and finishes white. As well as installing new shutters on the windows and a statement chandelier.

This project started with the approval of 6 minor variances in order to accommodate the new plan & accessory building. Working with our exceptional clients, we were able to successfully complete this major transformation both inside and out. This year-round, waterfront oasis will be enjoyed by family and friends for years to come.
Bob Stern Building CompanyOpened up the kitchen and dining room to create one large open kitchen and dining space with a large boat shaped island. Vinyl plank Lifeproof flooring was used due to the house being on a slab and on the lake. The cabinets are a white shaker from Holiday Kitchens. The tops are granite. A custom cable rail system was installed for the stairway and open loft area on the 2nd floor.
Paragon StairsParagon's Configurable Aluminum Spiral Stairs are custom manufactured to meet your project's specifications. This bottom riser was custom shaped to fit the deck's ledge.
