Casa PoppyIl mio intervento in questo progetto è stato anche quello di assistere la cliente nella prima fase della sua realizzazione, ovvero il decluttering. Mettere ordine e liberarsi di tutto quello che non serviva, ha aiutato e stimolato molto la cliente che fino a quel momento non aveva avuto l'occasione e la forza di affrontare un lavoro che le sembrava un ostacolo insormontabile.
POSITIV'AGENCEMENTRénovation des pièces de vie d’une maison suivant les contraintes techniques, spatiales et fonctionnelles pour correspondre au mode de vie des clients.
AGENCEMENT :
Création, fabrication et pose d’un garde-corps/claustra avec banc d’entrée, d’un claustra avec la cuisine, et d’une table basse.
Matériaux utilisés : plusieurs essences de bois massif (pin sylvestre, cerisier, chêne) suivant diverses finitions et acier.

Wiebenson & Dorman Architects PCReferencing the wife and 3 daughters for which the house was named, four distinct but cohesive design criteria were considered for the 2016 renovation of the circa 1890, three story masonry rowhouse:
1. To keep the significant original elements – such as
the grand stair and Lincrusta wainscoting.
2. To repurpose original elements such as the former
kitchen pocket doors fitted to their new location on
the second floor with custom track.
3. To improve original elements - such as the new "sky
deck" with its bright green steel frame, a new
kitchen and modern baths.
4. To insert unifying elements such as the 3 wall
benches, wall openings and sculptural ceilings.

Abeln Floor Systems "laced-in" new red oak strip flooring from the family room into the kitchen, sanded the entire home and applied three coats of Poloplaz "Primero" "satin" natural polyurethane finish. When the project was completed the newly laced in flooring blended in perfectly "like it grew there"!
