Joanne Green Landscape & InteriorOur interior designer brought to life a laundry design that combines classic and modern elements in this Mosman home. The space is both functional and spacious, with ample natural light. The design is detailed with marble penny round tiling, a bronze goose-neck tap, and contemporary Oak handles, which add elegance to the laundry interior.
Distinct Innovations Pty LtdBuilt on the beautiful Nepean River in Penrith overlooking the Blue Mountains. Capturing the water and mountain views were imperative as well as achieving a design that catered for the hot summers and cold winters in Western Sydney. Before we could embark on design, pre-lodgement meetings were held with the head of planning to discuss all the environmental constraints surrounding the property. The biggest issue was potential flooding. Engineering flood reports were prepared prior to designing so we could design the correct floor levels to avoid the property from future flood waters.
The design was created to capture as much of the winter sun as possible and blocking majority of the summer sun. This is an entertainer's home, with large easy flowing living spaces to provide the occupants with a certain casualness about the space but when you look in detail you will see the sophistication and quality finishes the owner was wanting to achieve.
KraftMaster RenovationsCozy Laundry Room with Stacked Washer Dryer is the perfect space to hang and fold laundry, with it's own pull-out laundry basket at the folding station you can grab this weeks laundry and toss it in.
By Design Interiors, Inc.The laundry room is crafted with beauty and function in mind. Its custom cabinets, drying racks, and little sitting desk are dressed in a gorgeous sage green and accented with hints of brass.

Bathroom + Kitchen ElevenWe also created push to open built in units around white goods, for our clients utility room with WC and basin. Bringing the blue hue across to a practical room.
Studio M Kitchen & BathDue to the cramped nature of the original space, the powder room and adjacent laundry room were relocated to the home’s new addition and the kitchen layout was reformatted to improve workflow.
Jamie House DesignIn planning the design we used many existing home features in different ways throughout the home. Shiplap, while currently trendy, was a part of the original home so we saved portions of it to reuse in the new section to marry the old and new. We also reused several phone nooks in various areas, such as near the master bathtub. One of the priorities in planning the design was also to provide family friendly spaces for the young growing family. While neutrals were used throughout we used texture and blues to create flow from the front of the home all the way to the back.
Bathrooms By OldhamThe brief for this home was to create a warm inviting space that suited it's beachside location. Our client loves to cook so an open plan kitchen with a space for her grandchildren to play was at the top of the list. Key features used in this open plan design were warm floorboard tiles in a herringbone pattern, navy horizontal shiplap feature wall, custom joinery in entry, living and children's play area, rattan pendant lighting, marble, navy and white open plan kitchen.
Studio Black InteriorsFor this knock-down rebuild family home, the interior design aesthetic was Hampton’s style in the city. The brief for this home was traditional with a touch of modern. Everything HomeA neutral color palette punctuated by warm wood tones and large windows create a comfortable, natural environment that combines casual southern living with European coastal elegance. The 10-foot tall pocket doors leading to a covered porch were designed in collaboration with the architect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Decorative house accents including stunning wallpapers, vintage tumbled bricks, and colorful walls create visual interest throughout the space. Beautiful fireplaces, luxury furnishings, statement lighting, comfortable furniture, and a fabulous basement entertainment area make this home a welcome place for relaxed, fun gatherings.
