JRP Design & RemodelA Spanish-style guest bathroom remodel in Westlake Village abounding in old-world charm. French encaustic floor tiles make a bold graphic statement in this tastefully simple space. The earthy color palette of the tiles is a perfect complement to the raised-panel DeWils cabinetry, stained in Honey Wheat glaze. The honed Caesarstone countertop and an undermount sink maintain a low profile, and the Old Bronze wall sconces and tapered square knobs in Flat Black stand out. A seamless alcove shower with Verano Limestone wall tiles in Corinthian White also features a bench, rain shower, and Beach Mix Mosaic floor tiles.

LaFauci Tile and MarbleUnique black and white master suite with a vivid Moroccan influence.Bold Cement tiles used for the floor and shower accent give the room energy. Classic 3x9 subway tiles on the walls keep the space feeling light and airy. A mix media of matte black fixtures and satin brass hardware provided a hint of glamour. The clean aesthetic of the white vessel Sinks and freestanding tub balance the space.
Pearl RemodelingWe turned this 1954 Hermosa beachfront home's master bathroom into a modern nautical bathroom. The bathroom is a perfect square and measures 7" 6'. The master bathroom had a red/black shower, the toilet took up half of the space, and there was no vanity. We relocated the shower closer to the window and added more space for the shower enclosure with a low-bearing wall, and two custom shower niches. The toilet is now located closer to the entryway with the new shower ventilation system and recessed lights above. The beautiful shaker vanity has a luminous white marble countertop and a blue glass sink bowl. The large built-in LED mirror sits above the vanity along with a set of four glass wall mount vanity lights. We kept the beautiful wood ceiling and revived its beautiful dark brown finish.
RI StudioSpanish meets modern in this Dallas spec home. A unique carved paneled front door sets the tone for this well blended home. Mixing the two architectural styles kept this home current but filled with character and charm.
