Woolems Luxury BuildersNew 2-story residence consisting of; kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, butler’s pantry, wine room, living room, dining room, study, 4 guest bedroom and master suite. Exquisite custom fabricated, sequenced and book-matched marble, granite and onyx, walnut wood flooring with stone cabochons, bronze frame exterior doors to the water view, custom interior woodwork and cabinetry, mahogany windows and exterior doors, teak shutters, custom carved and stenciled exterior wood ceilings, custom fabricated plaster molding trim and groin vaults.
Town Construction and DevelopmentAll flooring was replaced with hardwood, luxury vinyl and carpet. We replaced all the damaged areas and matched the existing stucco finish.
Golden Visions DesignThis stair case has a lower flight of gently curving steps, each with a slightly different radius. The steps follow the curve of the step down floor into the living room, so the steps are wider at the bottom and decrease in width toward the top of the stairs. A custom cast concrete half- column marks one edge of the living room, and the edge of the stairs.
The staircase is trimmed in Black Walnut, with cast concrete risers, stained hickory steps, walnut handrails and bronze spindles.

Winder Gibson ArchitectsThis new home across form the S.F. marina with unobstructed views of the bay, Alcatraz and the golden Gate Bridge was designed in keeping with the street's eclectic Mediterranean style, featuring large stained mahogany windows with tight height limits, we were able to create a top-floor family room and roof deck to maximize the property and the views. A large master-suite and five bedrooms provide ample space for this family. Collaboration: Gordon Hall & Associates Interiors.
