SDG - Scheiber Design GroupThis sitting area is just opposite the large kitchen. It has a large plaster fireplace, exposed beam ceiling, and terra cotta tiles on the floor. The draperies are wool sheers in a neutral color similar to the walls. A bold area rug, zebra printed upholstered ottoman, and a tree of life sculpture complete the room.
Eileen Gordon DesignAn imposing heritage oak and fountain frame a strong central axis leading from the motor court to the front door, through a grand stair hall into the public spaces of this Italianate home designed for entertaining, out to the gardens and finally terminating at the pool and semi-circular columned cabana. Gracious terraces and formal interiors characterize this stately home.
Janet Brooks DesignA monumental limestone fireplace sets the stage for this intimate living room. Sunlight streams in the windows from a beautiful courtyard surrounded on 3 sides by this Santa Barbara style home. Terra Cotta floors are a perfect compliment to the rich fabrics and finishes.

Stratos FormThe large windows provide vast light into the immediate space. An open plan allows the light to be pulled into the northern rooms, which are actually submerged into the site.

Texture Living IncThis was an old Spanish house in a close to teardown state. Part of the house was rebuilt, 1000 square feet added and the whole house remodeled.

Fratantoni Interior DesignersThe contemporary living room features a wall-to-ceiling stone feature wall with a built-in fireplace. The grey twill sectional is decorated with gray and tan patterned throw pillows. Two striped wingback armchairs sit perpendicular to the sectional and are centered with two wood coffee tables. A modern two-tier candle chandelier hangs from the ceiling with exposed beams.
Viaanca InteriorsThe drawing room is furnished with tufted sofas, matching tufted coffee tables, wooden end tables and mosaic cocktail tables. Juxtaposition of octagonal shapes of varying sizes and at varying heights creates an imposing ceiling feature with another custom made chandelier at its centre comprising of flexible dot free LED strips inset into brass rings. A leather wall with mirror inserts is hand crafted to perfection.
