Our clients wanted a home that catered to their gregarious lifestyle which inspired us to make some nontraditional choices.
Opening a wall allowed us to install an eye-catching 360-degree bar that serves as a focal point within the open concept, delivering on the clients' desire for a home designed for fun and relaxation.
The wine cellar in the entryway is as much a bold design statement as it is a high-end lifestyle feature. It now lives where an expected coat closet once resided! Next, we eliminated the dining room entirely, turning it into a pool room while still providing plenty of seating throughout the expansive first floor.
Our clients’ lively personality is shown in many of the details of this complete transformation, inside and out.
C-Reese Architectural DesignThe view from the front foyer through the arched gallery to the living/dining and the arched water feature at the pool beyond. This view shows the appeal created by symmetry throughout the homes design. The open wall above the arches allows for light passage from the high windows in the gallery into the living area beyond.

Cabana Home"The wine room features traditional Moroccan Architectural shapes and are used in layers: U-shaped plaster passageways, built-in wood banquette with carved eight-point star detailing, wall of hand cut glazed Zilliji tile and pierced tin lanterns from the homeowners recent travels to Turkey, and further echoed in the geometric pillow fabrics and the contemporary Alhambra style painted cocktail table from Morocco."

Jenkins Custom HomesThis game room contains a sliding barn door that closes to darken the space, its own amazing wet bar, and plenty of Texas memorabilia like the 12,000+ pound granite sink in the bathroom.
Fratantoni Interior DesignersThis living room features beige sofas and wingback armchairs, centered by a beige rug, and an ornate wood coffee table with a glass top. Gray wash wooden beams line the vaulted ceiling to anchor 2 caged chandeliers. An industrial-style wet bar placed in the back corner accompanied by silver barstools.
Drewett WorksRelaxed and livable, the lower-level walkout lounge is shaped in a perfect octagon. Framing the 12-foot-high ceiling are decorative wood beams that serve to anchor the room.
