This Kukio home rests on the sunny side of the Big Island and serves as a perfect example of our style, blending the outdoors with the inside of a home.
Design + Build by LazarThe floor plan of this 3-story ocean view home takes into account the most optimal levels and vistas for leisure and entertaining while creating privacy for the living quarters. Privately defined great room, dining room and living room spaces open onto one another to achieve a sense of expansive connection while still maintaining their subtle intimacy. KSID Studio, LLCKSID Studio designed sophisticated banquette seating and a custom table to fit the long narrow area opposite the staircase. The room presented design challenges, and our solutions are what make the space unique. We create rooms that are individual and suit each client’s personal style.

Eminent Interior DesignThis warm, rich space has ample seating with the sectional, lounge chairs and ottomans. Whether it is watching the big game, playing pool or dealing poker, this room provides many centers of activity. Continuing the cinnamon, chocolate and turquoise colors from other areas of the home, designer Brandi Hagen gave the spaces continuity. The wet bar features custom cabinetry of rift-cut oak and an island with a Palomino stone top in an antiqued finish. Contemporary bent wood stools add an element of fun.

Drewett WorksAdding a level of organic nature to his work, C.P. Drewett used wood to calm the architecture down on this contemporary house and make it more elegant. A wood ceiling and custom furnishings with walnut bases and tapered legs suit the muted tones of the living room.

Bravas Boca RatonFully integrated Signature Estate featuring Creston controls and Crestron panelized lighting, and Crestron motorized shades and draperies, whole-house audio and video, HVAC, voice and video communication atboth both the front door and gate. Modern, warm, and clean-line design, with total custom details and finishes. The front includes a serene and impressive atrium foyer with two-story floor to ceiling glass walls and multi-level fire/water fountains on either side of the grand bronze aluminum pivot entry door. Elegant extra-large 47'' imported white porcelain tile runs seamlessly to the rear exterior pool deck, and a dark stained oak wood is found on the stairway treads and second floor. The great room has an incredible Neolith onyx wall and see-through linear gas fireplace and is appointed perfectly for views of the zero edge pool and waterway. The center spine stainless steel staircase has a smoked glass railing and wood handrail.

Dash and Albert rug,, Bernhardt swivels in grey velvet, Room and Board sofas in light grey linen, organic side tables in wood and concrete from Four Hands and West Elm. DRAPES & DECORThis contemporary family room was lacking some finishing touches, The homeowner wished to dress the two story window to add some softness to the room. We've come up with a design to create another focal point to take the eyes off of the scale of the window and fill the empty, horizontal space between the two rows of windows. Simple, unlined, linen drapery panels beautifully framed the tall window and brought softness to the entire room and the rustic wall art pieces created a pleasing focal point.

The Stanton Warhol rug was custom made to fit the space. West elm barstools in the kitchen stand out in front of the corrugated metal eating bar topped with concrete countertops.
