株式会社 ウッディ企画２階バルコニーの修繕をお考えでお問合せいただきました。
一見外観からは問題なく感じられますが、基礎が腐食し床板まで腐食が広がってしまっている状況でした。全て解体撤去し造り替えの工事です。
２階バルコニーデッキの広さは約10㎡。床板は国産ヒノキＡＣＱ加圧注入材を使用。
今までは物干しスペースのみでのご活用でしたが、バルコニーでの楽しみをプラス出来るよう、
新しいウッドデッキには約４㎡のパーゴラも取り付け、お隣側のフェンスは高さを1ｍ60㎝にし目隠し仕様にしました。フェンスは縦張りデザインで国産スギＡＣＱ加圧注入材を使用しています。
