Tri Point FlooringThis here is a picture of recent hardwood floor we refinished. The homeowner wanted a grey stain, so we did just that! After the grey stain was applied we finished the floor with three coats of Bona Mega HD Satin. This hardwood floor will beautiful for many years to come.
Design 5 Seventy-OneThis fun home office is for the entire family with its convenient location just off the kitchen. The white built-in cabinetry pops off the grey walls painted in Benjamin Moore 2121-20 Steel Wool. The colorful area rug from CB2 keeps the space playful and fun. The glass barn door allows for privacy when needed.
GDL LondonThe fireplace-turned-library wall is the centre of the reading area, defined by the giant time piece.

The new home office is conveniently located in what used to be a closet.
Bathroom Door:
The old bathroom door opened outward. A Home Depot shower door retrofitted as pocket door with a custom door handle makes the space more functional. To save room a niche is cut into the wall so that the door can fit into the pocket, minimizing the overall door opening.

STUDIO OCRA LLCBespoke millwork was designed for the home office, integrating a bookcase, cabinets and drawers, but most important a custom lifting desk. The desk for engineered to be seamlessly integrated with the surrounded millwork when in low position, and be electronically lifted to become a standing desk.
