Now consisting of 3 floors, and 4 spacious bedrooms, this contemporary home with a backdrop of rich, warm neutral tones boasts show-stopping features, such as the rear illuminated alabaster wine display, steam effect letterbox style fireplace and glamorous modern light fittings imported from Holland.
ARCO Arquitectura ContemporáneaA new image, modern and timeless, was the guideline for the interior design of apartment Armoni. The goal was achieved by maintaining the existent areas and distribution, making small changes to the original project to transform it into a more functional and open space. The floor plan of the building is semicircular and some modifications had to be done to generate more regular spaces and a contemporary atmosphere with the adequate selection of elements.
The general result is a space where harmony is appreciated on first sight and with a great number of high quality details that give a uniform ambiance to the whole concept. The natural elements such as teakwood and the aged marble base for the chimney, combined with the back covered with black slab, are the perfect balance that together with the lighting, furniture and accessories reveal a modern concept in accord to today’s interior design trends
Window WorksHobbled sheer roman shades diffuse the light and provide veiled privacy. At night, motorized room dam roller shades are lowered for complete room darkness and total privacy. Stationary shirred drapes flank the windows, softening the room and directing your eye to the view beyond the windows.

The clients asked for a bedroom that's in the class with the best Manhattan hotel and they're absolutely thrilled with their new bedroom.

Drewett WorksThis photo: Irregularly stacked Cantera Negra stone frames the fireplace in the master bedroom, where a pair of custom chairs and a petrified-wood side table from Organic Findings sit atop a Cowboy Mustang rug from The Floor Collection Design. The custom bed is swathed in a Kravet fabric. Outside, Camelback Mountain rises to the right.
Positioned near the base of iconic Camelback Mountain, “Outside In” is a modernist home celebrating the love of outdoor living Arizonans crave. The design inspiration was honoring early territorial architecture while applying modernist design principles.
Dressed with undulating negra cantera stone, the massing elements of “Outside In” bring an artistic stature to the project’s design hierarchy. This home boasts a first (never seen before feature) — a re-entrant pocketing door which unveils virtually the entire home’s living space to the exterior pool and view terrace.
A timeless chocolate and white palette makes this home both elegant and refined. Oriented south, the spectacular interior natural light illuminates what promises to become another timeless piece of architecture for the Paradise Valley landscape.
