Mon Concept HabitationLe projet Gaîté est une rénovation totale d’un appartement de 85m2. L’appartement avait baigné dans son jus plusieurs années, il était donc nécessaire de procéder à une remise au goût du jour. Nous avons conservé les emplacements tels quels. Seul un petit ajustement a été fait au niveau de l’entrée pour créer une buanderie.
Le vert, couleur tendance 2020, domine l’esthétique de l’appartement. On le retrouve sur les façades de la cuisine signées Bocklip, sur les murs en peinture, ou par touche sur le papier peint et les éléments de décoration.
Les espaces s’ouvrent à travers des portes coulissantes ou la verrière permettant à la lumière de circuler plus librement.

Karina Jones DesignsWhile the homeowner does not have a green thumb, she does understand the importance of biophilic design. We opted to use a realistic orchid as an ode to nature.
Julia Mack Design, LLCThis sunny and colorful dining space is sandwiched between the kitchen, entry and family/living room and is truly the 'hub' of the house. Betty Wasserman Art & Interiors: The HamptonsA spacious and open kitchen design was ideal for these clients, who wanted a home for entertaining. The traditional white shaker cabinets offer an updated feel when combined with the slate gray countertops, stainless steel appliances, and glazed subway tile backsplash. A convenient banquet is subtly placed to the side of the kitchen, offering an accessible place to sit with family without being isolated from them.

Note how I used the same prints and metallic wall art on the far wall, as well as the same furniture. You really don't have to change everything to make a big impact!
