Archadeck of the FoothillsThis upgraded deck gives this family a kitchen, dining area, and living space to enjoy the beautiful weather in Colorado.
Decking and stairs are made of composite decking by TimberTech Legacy in Tigerwood color. The picture frame color (boarder) is Expresso.
The pergola chosen is a custom Cedar timber pergola in Hawthorne stain. RDI Excalibur railings in satin black give the deck a very contemporary feel. Archadeck also used an under-deck drainage system system including troughs, gutter, and sealed seams to keep rain, spills, and snowmelt from dripping trough to lower patio.
neil designThis is where the indoor spaces meet the upper deck. A corner meeting set of large sliding doors stack away to make for a supremely generous entertaining area.
With spacious seating and dining areas, and an attached outdoor kitchen, this space is primed for parties.
The indoor spaces feature VJ lining, hidden automated blinds and seamless blackbutt flooring. Continuing the blackbutt flooring into the outdoor area, the linings change to weatherboard, whilst motorised louvre blades provide screening. Triggered by rain or via remote control, the louvres can provide privacy, capture views to the pool, direct breezes into the home or shield the owners from the weather.
neil designThe blackbutt deck connects to the lower level pool and larger entertaining space via this architectural timber and steel stair. The operable louvres alongside the stair can be angled to maximize views to the pool, or be closed to wind and rain.
Barbara Wilson Landscape Architect, LLCNew second story deck along rear of house accessed from main floor & kitchen. New covered outdoor kitchen with bar seating provides gather space. Large ipe deck allows for large social gatherings and family dining.

Amy Carman DesignThis modern home is artfully tucked into a wooded hillside, and much of the home's beauty rests in its direct connection to the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels slide open to connect the interior with the expansive deck outside, nearly doubling the living space during the warmer months of the year. A palette of exposed concrete, glass, black steel, and wood create a simple but strong mix of materials that are repeated throughout the residence. That balance of texture and color is echoed in the choice of interior materials, from the flooring and millwork to the furnishings, artwork and textiles.
House to Home Finishes P/LThe idea was to maximise the little space we had without comprimising on all the essential spaces from our clients wishlist. We were able to add a sizable laundry concealed behind a timber feature that continued throughout the design of this home.

Enter renovating experts, the Three Birds Renovations, who have just completed their ninth house renovation – a super-fast, super-stylish renovation project.
Timberline Patio CoversThis project is a huge gable style patio cover with covered deck and aluminum railing with glass and cable on the stairs. The Patio cover is equipped with electric heaters, tv, ceiling fan, skylights, fire table, patio furniture, and sound system. The decking is a composite material from Timbertech and had hidden fasteners.
