MAKING THE WORLD BEAUTIFULFor this beautiful bathroom, we have used water-proof tadelakt plaster to cover walls and floor and combined a few square meters of exclusive handmade lava tiles that we brought all the way from Morocco. All colours blend in to create a warm and cosy atmosphere for the relaxing shower time.
Ollin StoneVenetian terrazzo, in the characteristic version SB141 Multicolor Verona, was chosen for a private residence in the province of Verona. Terrazzo was used in a variety of applications, including flooring, kitchen countertops, and wall cladding in the bathroom. It is a prime example of the versatility of this elegant material. A part of Agglotech’s “Classico” line, the color selected features mid-sized chips of red Verona marble aggregate set in an ocher-colored cement base.

Volume Zero, LLC [architectural design studio]The existing bathroom was a work in progress, with many items left unfinished or exposed. We renovated the entire bathroom, leaving the shower, HVAC closet, and toilet in the same locations, but re-vamping all of the finishes except for the existing clay red floor tile which runs throughout the house. We added a finished ceiling in the bathroom in order to extend the HVAC ducts and supply air to the bathroom and provide additional lighting. We added pocket doors to both ends of the bathroom to provide privacy.
The existing lavatory sink used to be outside of the bathroom space. In order to provide convenience and privacy, we moved the lavatory sink 4 feet over and into the bathroom space. We then moved the laundry appliances from the Kitchen and re-located them immediately outside of the bathroom (where the lavatory used to be) and enclosed them within a tall custom cabinet which matches the tall custom wardrobe cabinets within the bathroom space.
To enhance the airiness of the space despite its compact size, a beautifully clean and simple wall-mounted porcelain vanity and vanity cabinet with a large pull-out drawer were installed floating along the wall. For additional storage space, we installed a simple stainless steel medicine cabinet above a tiled ledge. Simple shapes and forms were used to maximize the compact space.
Demlang BuildersThe impressive master suite features such amenities as a tray ceiling, large windows, and generously sized walk-in closet. The luxurious master bath has an oversized walk-in custom ceramic tile shower with curved walls and tiled seat, total Kohler bathroom fixtures, dual vanities and separate toilet alcove.
Living Edge DesignOur design for this bathroom was inspired by the natural setting, and beautiful post and beam construction of this home. The master bathroom features natural finishes like a polished stone back splash, custom fir cabinetry and trim. The free-standing tub was placed right in front of the window to ensure bathers a view of the forest and mountains.

Kitchen Design ConceptsThis bathroom was designed and built for a couple that needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom. The entire bathroom including the shower area is wheelchair accessible. A hand shower was added so the person in the wheelchair could use once they transferred to a bench seat. Tile is all natural stone....tumbled marble and travertine. Shower fixtures are hansgrohe. Toilet and sink by Toto.
