Working closely with the builder, Scott Wilcox Construction, and the home owners, Patty selected and designed interior finishes for this custom home which features Hammerton Light Fixtures, cherry cabinets, and fine stone and marble throughout.
She also assisted in selection of furnishings, area rugs, window treatments, bedding, and many other aspects of this custom home.
Wayne and Deborah DabinetOur beach home is a place to be happy. Bright colors, lots of original artwork, and some quirky accents combine with architectural wood beams, arches, and shining wood floors to create a fun and joyful environment to come home to. The colors flow from one room to the next and the curves and angles of the home itself make wonderful places for the eye to discover as you move through it.
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingConstruction done by Stoltz Installation and Carpentry and humor provided constantly by long-time clients and friends. They did their laundry/mudroom with us and realized soon after the kitchen had to go! We changed from peninsula to an island and the homeowner worked on changing out the golden oak trim as his own side project while the remodel was taking place. We added some painting of the adjacent living room built-ins near the end when they finally agreed it had to be done or they would regret it. A fun coffee bar and and statement backsplash really make this space one of kind.

Au programme, une ambiance douce et chic, du sur-mesure et encore du sur-mesure !
✅ On continue avec l'entrée qu'il fallait séparer de la pièce de vie sans pour autant la cloisonner ni créer une zone d'ombre. Un placard existant était à refaire, et il fallait trouver une solution pour cacher la nouvelle zone technique regroupant le nouveau tableau électrique et les équipements télécom.
✅ La séparation de l'entrée et du salon a été traitée façon claustra en intégrant des niches ouvertes. La partie basse côté salon intègre des tiroirs pont Blum Legrabox ainsi qu'une niche pour le multimédia et une niche pour encastrer la TV. Le côté entrée est composé d'une assise sur mesure et d'un rangement pour les chaussures.
✅ Le placard de l'entrée a été revu, il intègre une penderie et quelques étagères. Pour celui-ci c'est un beige rosé mat qui a été choisi. Sans de poignée pour plus une ligne discrète.
✅ Le tableau électrique a lui aussi été traité en beige rosé, des étagères permettent d'intégrer la box internet.
