Regan Baker Design Inc.
Textured tile from Spec Ceramics helped dress up this awkward corner fireplace without calling too much attention. Hearth tile: Ann Sacks porcelain.
Flooret
Warm, light, and inviting with characteristic knot vinyl floors that bring a touch of wabi-sabi to every room. This rustic maple style is ideal for Japanese and Scandinavian-inspired spaces.
Flavin Architects
This remodel of a mid century gem is located in the town of Lincoln, MA a hot bed of modernist homes inspired by Gropius’ own house built nearby in the 1940’s. By the time the house was built, modernism had evolved from the Gropius era, to incorporate the rural vibe of Lincoln with spectacular exposed wooden beams and deep overhangs.
The design rejects the traditional New England house with its enclosing wall and inward posture. The low pitched roofs, open floor plan, and large windows openings connect the house to nature to make the most of its rural setting.

Springblinds
Perfect to use both inside and outside the house, these solar shades are convenient to use! With a simple valance at the top to give a modern look to the shades, you have the ability to pull the shades up and down with a simple pull cord.
The Inman Company
This dining room is very minimalistic in design with a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, walnut refectory table and custom upholstered chairs
Mountainwood Homes
A Harrison Linear Chandelier hangs in the dining room. It has six opal glass globes and is composed of antique brass steel wrapped in cream-colored leather.
House Coach
This area of the open concept space is one of my favorites. The carpentry work of the fireplace feature wall is breathtaking. We are pleased how we were able to incorporate not only a stunning feature but an interesting design to hide the staircase to the 2nd floor and to the basement.
Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling
Original 1953 mid century custom home was renovated with minimal wall removals in order to maintain the original charm of this home. Several features and finishes were kept or restored from the original finish of the house. The new products and finishes were chosen to emphasize the original custom decor and architecture. Design, Build, and most of all, Enjoy!
