Time 2 Remodel, LLC.Full bath off of kitchen was remodeled at same time as kitchen. Taller height vanity with more drawer space, undermount sink, recessed medicine cabinet, new faucet and light were all part of the remodel.
Design Me By MahlahThis pretty in pink bathroom was inspired by the artwork. From there the gorgeous shade of pink paint (Resounding Rose) was selected. Fresh and fun accessories were added and the result is a super pretty, Spring inspired bathroom make over.
This small space was just perfect for this bold shade of pink. It went from a "bathroom" to a conversation and a "Wow!". A space can easily be transformed by a simple can of pant and fantastic decor.
Storage solutions for this small space include a basket on the floor for towels, a tray on the counter for make up and goodies, and a basket on the tank for wash cloths and tissue.

Le coffrage et le plateau de la baignoire ont été exécutés en bois exotique plein (SIPO).
L'espace s'en est trouvé agrandi.

The compact powder room adjacent the kitchen in this modern home is adorable but very tiny, and the pedestal sink does not allow much space for placing any items -- neither functional or decorative. This poses a problem for a family, including kids, who are frequently using the bathroom for handwashing. Soap bars get messy and go sliding onto the floor, and there is simply not enough real estate for a liquid soap dispenser. The Grohe Essentials Cube Wall Mounted Soap Dispenser ($70) is a great solution.
The dispenser mounts easily with a couple screws, either directly into a stud, if you can find one that lines up where you want to place the holder, or with anchor screws in dry wall or plaster. Because of the pressure the dispenser might have to withstand when the user presses down on the spring-loaded top to pump out the soap, a stud mounting is preferred. Additionally, I advise placing the dispenser over the sink ledge in case there is spillage, so that it does not end up on the floor.
