Breathe Design StudioCompleted in 2020, this large 3,500 square foot bungalow underwent a major facelift from the 1990s finishes throughout the house. We worked with the homeowners who have two sons to create a bright and serene forever home. The project consisted of one kitchen, four bathrooms, den, and game room. We mixed Scandinavian and mid-century modern styles to create these unique and fun spaces.

Everything HomeWith a focus on lived-in comfort and light, airy spaces, this new construction is designed to feel like home before the moving vans arrive. Everything Home consulted on the floor plan and exterior style of this luxury home with the builders at Old Town Design Group. When construction neared completion, Everything Home returned to specify hard finishes and color schemes throughout and stage the decor and accessories. Designs by KSThe smallest spaces often have the most impact. In the bathroom, a classy floral wallpaper applied as a wall and ceiling treatment, along with timeless subway tiles on the walls and hexagon tiles on the floor, create balance and visually appealing space.

We began the design of the house, taking into account the client's wishes and the characteristics of the plot. Initially, a house plan was developed, including a home office, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace on the first floor, and an open kitchen-studio. Then we proceeded with the interior design in a Scandinavian style, paying attention to bright and cozy elements.
After completing the design phase, we started the construction of the house, closely monitoring each stage to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines. In the end, a 140-square-meter house was successfully built. Additionally, a pool was created near the house to provide additional comfort for the homeowners.

Мы начали проектирование дома, учитывая желания клиента и особенности участка. Сначала был разработан план дома, включая рабочий кабинет, 2 спальни, 2 ванные комнаты, камин на первом этаже и открытую кухню-студию. Затем мы приступили к дизайну интерьера в скандинавском стиле, уделяя внимание ярким и уютным элементам.

Diese Planung entstand auf Grundlage der allgemeinen Farbgebung, die vom Kunden
bereitgestellt wurde.
Den Mittelpunkt bildet ein Zierelement in Form eines goldenen Blattes, die mit dem
schwarzen Hintergrund im Kontrast steht.
Reich verzierte Glasplatten wurden zum Motiv eines sich ausbreitenden Efeus gestaltet.
Bemerkenswert ist dabei die feine Struktur der weißen Platten. Hinter der Badewanne bilden
sie Fischgratmuster, hinter der Heizung - horizontale Linien.
Das Waschbecken wurde in eine Tischplatte mit feinem Marmormotiv eingelassen.
Badewanne mit Dusche ist vollständig durch Schiebetür abgetrennt.
An der Wand mit der Steigleitung haben wir hydrophobe Farbe verwendet.
Die Wand über dem Regal wurde mit wasserfestem selbstklebendem Vinyl beklebt.
Wir haben Unterputz-Duscharmatur, Regendusche, Badewannenarmatur mit klappbarem
Wasserhahn und Wandnischenregale eingesetzt. Auf diese Weise haben wir mehr Platz
zum Baden und verzichten auf auskragende Elemente.
