Design by UBERA full renovation of a dated but expansive family home, including bespoke staircase repositioning, entertainment living and bar, updated pool and spa facilities and surroundings and a repositioning and execution of a new sunken dining room to accommodate a formal sitting room.
Monaco InteriorsCustom furniture was built to suit the space, including the coffee table and custom down filled leather sofas.
The two columns (one pictured here) flanking the new ledgestone wall are painted charcoal gray, to match the stone and create harmony. This also creates accent walls, which are adorned with custom made artwork.
Haven Design and ConstructionThe soaring living room ceilings in this Omaha home showcase custom designed bookcases, while a comfortable modern sectional sofa provides ample space for seating. The expansive windows highlight the beautiful rolling hills and greenery of the exterior. The grid design of the large windows is repeated again in the coffered ceiling design. Wood look tile provides a durable surface for kids and pets and also allows for radiant heat flooring to be installed underneath the tile. The custom designed marble fireplace completes the sophisticated look.
Paxton Place DesignConverting the existing attic space into a Man Cave came with it's design challenges. A man cave is incomplete with out a media cabinet. This custom shelving unit was built around the TV - a perfect size to watch a game. The custom shelves were also built around the vaulted ceiling - creating unique spaces. The shiplapped ceiling is carried throughout the space and office area and connects the wall paneling. Hardwood flooring adds a rustic touch to this man cave.
John McClain DesignThe large fireplace inlay is perfect for the flat screen TV and sound bar, keeping the profile streamlined. A colorful water vapor mist feature gives off the warm glow of a real fireplace without the heat. The selenite crystal logs provide a touch of alluring drama when lit. A sleek bench allows for additional seating when entertaining and doubles as a surface for pillows, baskets or other decorative items.

lavieinteriorsThe ceiling has several small down lights in it to create a starry night effect. The theatre has seating on two levels and the leather arm chairs create a luxurious cinema feel.

Flavin ArchitectsThis new house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood developed in the 1920’s, that is in transition, with new larger homes replacing the original modest-sized homes. The house is designed to be harmonious with its traditional neighbors, with divided lite windows, and hip roofs. The roofline of the shingled house steps down with the sloping property, keeping the house in scale with the neighborhood.
